I’m going to start posting my go-to recipes and any new ones I try and love!
I love all the traditional bakes but also love to try new flavours – I’m like a little mad scientist trying to get the perfect balance so the taste is just right!
I’ll be posting recipes into different collections – I may add more but for now the collections are:
– The Classic Collection – yup you’ve guessed it, this is where all my traditional recipes will be, your Victoria sponge, lemon driz, butterfly cakes – you get the drill, all the OGs of baking!
– The Cocktail Collection – this ones for all you booze lovers out there! I’ll be posting recipes inspired by alcoholic beverages, mainly cocktails; I can’t wait to share my Pornstar Martini cupcake recipe with you all!
– The Inspiration Collection – this collection is for all my recipes that are inspired by other sweet treats and desserts!
– The Delicate Collection – for all you show offs out there! This collection is going to house the recipes that are more on the ‘fancy’ side – I’m talking Viennese Whirls, Macaroons, Tarts etc!
– The Cookie Collection – exactly what it says on the tin!
– The Chocolate Collection – do you even bake if chocolate isn’t an ingredient in a huge chunk of your recipes? Thought not.
It will take me a little while to get all my favourite recipes up on this blog but I’m looking forward to sharing them with you all and finally having somewhere to store them altogether!
